I flat iron and dye my hair a lot (although i’m cutting down on dying it). What hair products or remedies can I use to make my hair healthy?

I like straitening my hair because it gets rid of the poofiness and the frizz, but i don’t want to ruin my hair. What is something that is good for my hair and will get rid of the frizz? What do you use and how good is it?

basically i dont want a long morning hair routine.
i have medium hair, it comes to the TOP of my eyebrows. oh and iam a boy.
