Any one got any foods or drinks that give you energy ?

I have been having four drinks in two hours-screwdrivers usually, I wonder if I’m drunk? I can drive just fine, but if by some fluke I was pulled over, would I be legally drunk?

Drinks that go into aluminum cans have preservatives in them so that they can be in the aluminum and not oxidize, what are these preservatives and do they have a taste?

THe same with coffee. I have drink numerous cups and still feel tired. I must have tried all the energy drinks out there and none work for me. Recently I tried the 5 hour energy shot and nothing. I’m doing a cookery practical and the dish is for an obese young adult. I need some examples of dishes and drinks I could make.

I got the mango strawberry tapioca from Quickly today, and was dumb enough to not ask for the nutrition since I was in a rush. How many calories are in that drink? I am currently trying to stay off the junk foods and calorie drinks, but such a hot day, I said why not.

I’ve heard alot of bad things about aspartame. What diet sodas do NOT contain aspartame? A link to your source would be very much appreciated.
Also, what sodas that aren’t diet don’t contain aspartame?

I’ve been trying to not drink soda, because i know it just has a lot of sugar and calories, nothing that really is good for my body. But what kind of juices or teas or anything besides really sugary drinks are recommended?

On the bottom of cardboard drinks cartons there are blocks of colour and sometimes blocks of black and white. What do these mean?
