Can you slice up a beef brisket raw (prior to cooking) and then cook it in a skillet on the stove top to make like sandwiches?
I already sliced up the brisket and have it marinating in a zip lock bag…how do you suggest would be the best way to cook it?

Does cooking food in a microwave still retain the goodness?

the same as conventional cooking?
Many things taste the same, some things taste better cooked in a microwave, and it’s much quicker. I just wondered if they destroy nutrients in food though?
I do conventional cooking as well but often use the microwave for quickness, or combination of the two methods.

How do you cook large mouth bass (fresh water fish)? Need cooking/baking temp,how long,& if flipping is needed?

I have always cooked with a gas oven and have recently moved into a new home with an electric oven. All the meals I have cooked to date have burnt or cooked unevenly. If a recipie states the cooking temp for a gas oven, how do I adjust it to cook in an electric oven???
