Can someone provide any info on this subject? Because the term alternative medicine is really confusing to me. Has it:
-Not been scientifically tested, no scientific knowledge about it
or
-Been scientifically tested but just not adopted by moder medicine facilities
Why is it called alternative medicine, what are other types of medicine called?

I’m trying to search for former doctors who have switched to natural medicine. I’m not sure what they would be called so I don’t know how to search. I live in Northern Virginia. I have ulcerative colitis. Any help will do.

If the person is only a carrier? pl reply in detail and does alternative medicine has cure for all infectious diseases? If so, is it costly and what time does it take for a person to be cured. I mean for how long will he have to take medicine to get cured from hepatitis -B?
