What are the benefits of becoming a Vegetarian?

I wasn’t quite planning on ever becoming a vegetarian, but what are the good things that come out of it? Health benefits and warnings?

  1. helps your heart, you become healthier, you lose weight, but make sure you keep your iron and calcium up by taking supplements

    You’ll definitely get the daily amount of vegetables/fruits since most people don’t

  7. You’ll become pale and sickly looking. Humans are naturally omniverous and should eat both meat and plants. If we were meant to be vegans we’d have teeth like cows.
