Cookies are great for pie crusts mixed with a little butter. Check out http://www.cdkitchen.com .. they may have some really delicious recipes with cookies in them.

you can make a parfait type dish…just crumble some cookies and put a bit into a bowl or baking dish with high sides..then add whatever layers you want, like pudding, whipped cream, frosting, icecream, sauces, etc. Then add more cookies, more layers, etc. Yum

Spread ice cream on the flat side of a cookie and attach another cookie, like a sandwich. Roll the ice cream edges in crushed nuts and freeze for a few minutes.

Try putting them in the microwave for 10 secs. Sometime they soften up and are nice and warm.

You might try Googling a "Harvest Muffin" recipe…. we used to do this in the industrial kitchen I worked in, and it used up all manner of stale cookies, cakes, donuts, rolls, breads (not garlic), sweet rolls, and bear claws. The batter looked nasty, but once you added all the cinnamon and raisins to it, it tasted like a totally different food. Sorry I don’t have a reicpe for it, though.

Oh, its great!
I’ll bet you could crush them fine and add melted butter to them so that you could form a pie crust.
